Problème Ardour et jack

Bonjour à tous
Depuis que j'ai upgradé à Ardour 5 je n'arrive plus à le démarrer. A l'ouverture j'ai le droit à "Impossible de se reconnecter au moteur audio/MID".

Cela peut il venir de jack qui ne démarre pas et me renvoie comme message "DBUS : impossible de démarrer le serveur JACK".

Je suis sous ubuntu 16.10

Bonjour,
En plus de ce qu'écrit Sub26nico, il y a plusieurs manipulations que tu peux faire rapidement,et qui peuvent nous permettre de t'aider au mieux.
Si j'ai bien compris, c'est Jack qui te pose problème, et non Ardour.
En premier, ce serait intéressant de voir si tu peux faire tourner Ardour sous ALSA directement.
Ensuite, si tu es sous Qjackctl, tu peux renommer
~/.config/rncbc.org/QjackCtl.conf


Et tu nous tiens au courant.

je ne sais pas ce qu'est une balise code.
Mais maintenant quand je démarre ardour j'ai ceci "Le moteur audio a été arrêté parce que :

ALSA I/O error."

La balise code signifie que, tu ouvre un terminal, et tu tapes:
ardour > log.txt


Toutes les informations transmises par Ardour seront redirigées dans le fichier log.txt. Ensuite, tu nous soumets le contenu de ce fichier.

Ok,
Déjà, tu n'as pas configuré correctement le temps réel. Page Dépannage, à la rubrique 8.1. Configuration du système.
Peut-être ALSA doit-il être réinstallé ?

sudo apt-get remove alsa-utils

sudo apt-get install alsamixer

Je suis passé de la version 15.04 à la version 16.10 d'ubuntu avant la maj d'ardour
J'essaye la réinstallation de alsa.

Peut être que ton problème serait simplement de redémarrer, après une mise à jour.
Si le redémarrage ne fait rien, on retourne aux fondamentaux:

  • la commande suivante qui permet de savoir quelle carte son et/ou interface MIDI est connectée :
    cat /proc/asound/cards
  • la commande :
    aplay -l
    liste les cartes sons disponibles pour ALSA sur ton système.
  • et la commande
    dmesg > dmesg.txt
dmesg te donne les informations de démarrage de ta machine, et tu nous donnes le resultat du fichier dmesg.txt, s'il te plait.

j'ai fait la mise à jour à sa sortie donc ce n'est pas le problème de redémarrer.

Je pense qu'en premier, il faut que tu rediriges les sorties de JACk vers ta carte son, ce qui n'est pas le cas sur ta copie d'écran.

Sur ta copie d'écran, tu changes les périphériques d'entrée et de sortie, qui en l’occurrence sont ta carte interne HDA intel PCH en Xonar DG.

@Ephencore : pour le mess hyper long de 17h10, je l'ai mis entre balises code car il bouffait toute la page.

Ensuite, je pense que tes soucis proviennent de jackd aussi je te propose de déplacer l'ensemble de ton fil vers la bonne rubrique du forum. Là, dans "matériel/pilotes", tu risques de rater des réponses plus concernées.

Ardour démarre bien, quand je lis une piste aucun son ne sort pourtant tout ce passe comme s'il y en avait.

Bon, si jack fonctionne maintenant chez toi, alors je déplace ton fil et tu rajouteras le "résolu" dans le titre de ton 1er post, en l'éditant.
Je le mets dans "serveurs, jack, pulse, etc...".
