pourquoi tout les cd sont foireux?

bonjour
j'essaie tant bien que mal de graver une image sur un cd, le chacksum me répondant ok, et reglant la vitesse au plus bas (4x), lors de l'install, ça foire.
J'avais ça avec studio64 et pensant que c'était moi.. j'ai essayé kubuntu et.. pareil, crash à l'install.
Je ne comprends vrmnt pas mais je crois pas aux mauvais hazard. Qu'est-ce que j'ai loupé?

Est-ce possible d'essayer de lancer l'install sur un autre ordi ? de graver le cd avec un autre graveur ? de changer de marques de cd ?

K3B est normallement très fiable

Tout les cas sont possibles mais aprés avoir essayé une multitude de CD / graveurs, les différences peuvent être importantes et même si la gravure s'est bien effectuée, l'install peut foirer avec le même graveur sur le même ordi !

Je grave depuis plus de 3 mois avec quasiment le même graveur et des Cd ou DVD Verbatim: aucunnes erreurs et tout passe ce qui n'était pas forcément le cas par le passé 🙄

Le checksum ok, c'est celui de l'image sur le disque ou celui du cd gravé?

Si le checksum du cd est incorrect il faut regarder du coté du graveur ou du lecteur. La durée de vie de ces appareils peut être très courte...

ça va ce n'était pas le cd comme un con je mettais le point de montage /usr sur une partition de 950mo alors que le / avait 5go pour lui tout seul...
mais bon voilà c installé mais le xwindows plante paske l'affichage n'est pas bon. Mais je sais pas passer par le mode console.. coment faire?

Peut tu nous redire avec quelle distrib tu essayes ?

Si c'est une distrib basée sur debian :

1°) Ctrl+Alt1+F1

2°) Tu te logue en root

3°) /etc/init.d/gdm stop

4°) dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

5°) /etc/init.d/gdm start ou simplement tape gdm

Tu peux regarder les logs Xorg avec "less /var/log/Xorg.0.log" et voir ce qui va pas.
Eventuellement on peut éditer à la main le fichier de conf (/etc/xorg.conf).

Ya nano qui est pas mal. Si tu as pas vi tu dois pouvoir l'installer en ligne de commande depuis le CD.

apt-get install vi (ou nano)

ok NANO fonctionne
mais malgré les modif il a pas l'air d'en tenir conpte: qd je lance X l'écran devient noir puis NADA à moins de faire crtl maj F1..

J'ai changé le bitrage par défaut de 24 à 16 mais ça n'a rien donné.
Come driver j'ai mis nv j'ai une nvidia geforce ...

Voila je ne sais pas si tu as le meme probleme car moi j'ai un LCD récent 16/9eme et j'ai l'impression que c'est un peu particulier.

En général, il y a protocole de communication qui permet à Xorg de savoir quel écran est connecté, et de configurer les fréquences automatiquement.

Mais si l'écran est trop vieux, ca ne marchera pas.

Dans mon cas, les lignes pour les frequences semblaient géner xorg, et en les commentant ca a tout rétabli, j'avoue que j'avais pas mal galéré sur ce coup la.

Bref, tu peux essayer aussi, on ne sait jamais.

Sinon as tu essayer le driver "vesa" ?

m'en vais essayer ça. Mon écran c'est un Nokia 447E 17" à tube catodique...
vlà je l'ai mis en vesa ça marche mais juste en 1024 * ..., pas plus haut.

Aie aie, un gros soucis avec le forum, il faudrait mettre une limite en largeur, car même
avec ma résolution confortable de 1400x1050, j'arrive pas à voir l'entièrté du message.

Bon sinon l'ami, si tu es sous debian, tu peux tenter d'installer les pilotes proprios-ça-pue-mais-bon d'Nvidia via un ptit:
aptitude nvidia-kernel
aptitude nvidia-glx
C'est dit de mémoire, je n'utilise pas Debian, mais je l'installe chez des amis.

içi tu trouveras ton Xorg.conf modifié, j'ai viré ce qui était inutile et mis les bons paramètres.
parcontre tu n'as pas spécifié ta résolution d'écran, dés lors j't'ai mis un 1280x1024 et 1024x768 standard.

N'oublies pas d'installer les pilotes NVIDIA proprios avant de faire ça. Si éthiquement parlant tu ne le veux pas, et je ne peux que saluer le geste (je fais de même 😊 ), dis le moi

je REmodifierai le fichier en conséquence.
